How do I return an item?

We want our customers to be happy. If for any reason at all you wish to return any items purchased from Zinnia, please follow these steps:

  1. If you wish to return an item, you must notify us, in writing, of your intention to return it, within 7 working days from the date you received your goods. The item(s) must then be returned within 14 days of invoice date for a full refund of the purchase price of the goods. Postage costs are non-refundable.
  2. All items must be returned in unused (re-saleable) condition, with any tags or labels and in the original packaging.
  3. The customer is responsible for the postage costs incurred when returning an item. Goods must be returned with proof of purchase using a 'signed for' delivery service. We cannot be held responsible for any item returned to us in any other way, and no refunds will be issued for items that do not arrive back safely in our warehouse. Please ensure that all items are well packaged and clearly labelled, including your name and address on the back.
  4. If a customer returns an item that is not re-saleable (and therefore not entitled to a refund/exchange) the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees incurred to return the items.
  5. Any item purchased via telephone, mail order, on the internet or in person must be returned by post (using Royal Mail 'signed for' delivery) or in person to:

  7. We aim to turn around returns and refunds within a few days of receiving them; however, during our busiest periods this process can be prolonged. We therefore maintain a 14 day returns completion period starting on the day we receive your package.

We value your feedback, and when you are returning an item please do let us know in full the reasons for this decision, whatever they are. With your help we can then strive to improve our product range and the level of service we offer you, our valuable customer. After all, without you we don't have a business, and our artisans in Egypt will have less chance of making a good living.

Return of Faulty, Incorrect or Sub-Standard Products

Please follow the same procedures as above. However, if the products you return are faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit, we will refund you the cost of the return postage, as well as the goods and your original postage and packing charge providing there is no evidence of the goods being damaged after delivery.

Return of Products sent Overseas

Please follow the same procedures as above, and note that any returns must be made by tracked/signed for delivery. Under no circumstances can Zinnia bear responsibility for the cost of items returned from overseas, nor will Zinnia refund any customs duty charges that may be been payable. delivery We offer FREE delivery on all UK orders over £150.00 (excluding p&p). We do our very best to send out orders within 48 hours, but please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. No Quibble Refunds

You need to get a few things right to feel good about your shoes such as size, fit, colour etc. To help you feel good about the shoes you are buying from us we are happy for you to return shoes, exchange shoes for smaller or larger sizes or for an outright refund of the purchase price in full within 7 days of purchase, whether that's by mail order, at a show or in our shop. If you decide after 7 days that they're not quite right for you, please give us a ring to discuss your requirements & we'll be delighted to help.
